“Mark Wall Communications have helped us with Media and Communications Training, tailored marketing projects, including media planning and social media management in the last year. They have listened and understood our brief for each of these projects and delivered accurately and on time, every time. The training has been interesting, well received, remembered and used by our staff – thank you”
Charlotte Morris, Head of Communications
Cobalt Health
“Mark is a good communicator. He has a real ability to find and research relevant and interesting stories and then write them up in a media friendly way. He is flexible and very committed to what he does. I would happily work with him again and recommend him to others with a communications or media need.”
Paul Taylor, Hospital Director

“Mark provided some additional capacity for our communications team while we were recruiting for a new Head of Communications. He was supportive, flexible, expert and always available 24/7. He even took calls from our duty manager while on holiday in Rome! I would happily recommend him.”
Paul Mears Chief Executive
Yeovil Hospital
“Mark’s enthusiasm, passion and expertise have been invaluable in the delivery of this complex, high profile project”
Dr Andrew Howe, Director of Public Health
London boroughs of Harrow and Barnet
“Changing the culture of an HR service from transactional to transformational requires many things. I believe one essential element is investment in individuals who are key influencers within the team, giving them the courage and skills to change the “normal” way of doing things. Nick and Mark not only brought energy and enthusiasm to each workshop but delivered a programme of development that gave confidence to all attendees to be confident in influencing and negotiating on an individual and group level. Many left the workshops saying it was the first time they had been in such positive and engaging workshops from start to finish.”
HR Director
“The feedback has been really positive. Managers have said their teams have come back “buzzing” from the courses and the team generally feel more confident about situations they may have to influence. So a big thank you.”
OD Lead
“the training exceeded my expectations! I enjoyed the fact that it was very interactive, relaxed and didn’t feel like it was pressured or a ‘pass or fail’ environment.”
